It is all the little details that make this contemporary kitchen feel at one with its heritage. From the panelled extractor canopy above the Falcon range cooker to the Darlington cupboard knobs, it is every inch a farmhouse kitchen.

A tall cabinet houses a fridge freezer on one side and a larder, with décor doors and a stainless steel grille at the top for added ventilation. Two tall light blue hand-painted corner cupboards have been made to fit quirky spaces and feature elegant bracket foot plinths.

Echoing the love that has gone into the design of this family kitchen is a small heart fretwork in the cupboard door in the utility room. To complete the look, a double butler sink and Caesarstone Buttermilk worktops create an elegant, timeless feel.

“Andy took care to understand what we wanted before producing a design we found difficult to fault. The workmanship of the cabinets was first rate, and the scullery doors were a new bespoke design, and really beautifully done.”
