This wonderfully quirky thatched stone hexagon-shaped cottage in Eastbridge, Suffolk, has a rich heritage. The focal points of this kitchen are the gothic arched windows that the owner was keen to accommodate into the design.

The worktop has been purposefully lowered at one point to make full use of the kitchen space without obscuring the window. As a nod to the house’s architectural features, the owner chose a warm green hand-painted finish to complement the colour of the exposed stonework.
Rounded cupboard corners and cornice mouldings subtly mirror to curvature of the arched features found throughout the house. Pewter cupboard handles and knobs create a timeless farmhouse style and beautifully accent the Elan range cooker and black worktops.
